If any of you have not had the chance to analyze your website or blog and get a few suggestions on how to get your search engine ranking up, I highly recommend two resources:

http://Compete.com: Gives you analytical data about your site in comparison to your competitors. Really great!

http://website.grader.com- Similar to compete but gives you information on how to make your meta tags, descriptions and the like stronger and how to see how you stack up against your competitors.
