Want to Save the World??? Play More Online Games

According to Jane McGonigal, reality is broken…and we need to make it work more like a game. Not convinced? Watch this video…makes sense to me (someone who is not a big fan of online games…maybe it’s time for me to start playing!)

And…if this video leaves you wanting more, I highly recommend reading Tony O’Driscoll’s article from HBR from May of 2008: Leadership’s Online Labs. I had the pleasure of talking with Tony, and his work on the topic of online games is truly fascinating…so much so that he is now sharing his wisdom as a faculty member of the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University).
