3 Video Tutorials: Get Your Blog Posts to Go Viral With Digg Digg and Dimbler

I want to thank Scott Bradley for introducing me to a world I never knew existed…the world of the wordpress plugin Digg Digg and Dimbler.

You can read more about Dimbler on Scott Bradley’s Most Recent Blog Post: Dimbler: Helping You Easily Share Your Personal Social Media Vote/Retweet Requests With Your Friends and Driving A Ton of Traffic Through Your Site at the Same Time

Because I received over 600 views to two posts on Bea Fields Companies, Inc. in less than 48 hours using Scott’s approach, I want to share these two tools with you…really just to show you how to install them and then get onto Dimbler and start networking and helping others spread their content to the world.    If you want to know the true skinny on how to really make this rock, contact Scott for a consultation…or…you can of course come into our next Become a Blogging Master program, which I am honored to co-lead (really assist) with Scott.

So, here we go!

And…if this video leaves you wanting more, I highly recommend reading Tony O’Driscoll’s article from HBR from May of 2008: Leadership’s Online Labs. I had the pleasure of talking with Tony, and his work on the topic of online games is truly fascinating…so much so that he is now sharing his wisdom as a faculty member of the Fuqua School of Business (Duke University).

For starters, most videos are huge and cannot be sent by e-mail (unless by a link.)  But…Jeannette Paladino sent me a great tutorial on how to turn your videos into an animated photo to act as a teaser to get folks to jump over to your video.

Here is the lesson…looks super easy to me!
